Absolutely! Our Tigercat and Jupiter are both available for private Boat Tours & Trips, with a tailored experience just for you. We can handle big groups up to 15 people, but you can book for just the two of you!

If you have any special requests, whether it's a multi-day Boat Tour & Trip, a certain place you would like to see from the water, or a combined Boat Tour & Trip, just ask!

The chances to observe the animals are quite high year-round (Humpbacks migrate through the region August-October and December-April), but not guaranteed because they are wildlife and not always out and about. You can contact us or fill out the contact form and we'll chat about what you would like to do, your schedule, any special wishes, etc. The process is flexible, but it's usually helpful to chat early on. At the time of booking a deposit of 50% of the total price must be submitted by you, to confirm you the Boat Tour & Trip. Please have a read of our Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policies before booking.

We request a deposit of 50% of the total price to be paid when booking. As long as the deposit has not been sent, we reserve the right to give the booking to someone else. You can pay the remaining 50% of the total price the day before or the day of your Boat Tour & Trip. We accept Bank Transfer, PayPal and cash as a payment method. For light rain we have a rain and sun cover. In case of adverse weather/ ocean conditions that makes the Boat Tour & Trip impossible or unsafe we will gladly give you the chance to reschedule or to cancel the Boat Tour & Trip. We make every effort to contact you a reasonable amount of time before the Boat Tour & Trip but sometimes we do not cancel until the last minute due to unpredictable weather/ ocean conditions here in Nosara. In case of reschedule there is no expiration. However, be aware that such change is dependent of the availibility on the desired dates. In case of cancel we will refund the deposit. The meeting point for our Boat Tours & Trips is located in Playa Garza. You can find us on Google Maps: Vibert's Secret Spot - Surf & Fishing Charter. Our boats are just a short walk down the beach to the right of Pilo's Bar. Our crew will be on the boat or at the beach waiting for you to arrive! You should arrive 10 minutes prior to departure, just to be sure you find the right spot. Please note the little map with more details.

As you can see on the little map there are various parking options. For example you can park next to Pilo's Bar and then just walk down the beach to the right. Our crew will be on the boat or at the beach waiting for you to arrive!

We have been working with a reputable taxi service for a long time who owns various taxi busses in Nosara. You will be picked up from your house/ hotel and be taken to the meeting point. After the Boat Tour & Trip the taxi bus will wait at the same spot to bring you back. The taxi service charges you $50 (1-5 people) or $80 (6-10 people) for the round trip. Please let us know if you need the taxi service!

Kids are welcome on board! We allow all ages (children must be accompanied by an adult) and have special life jackets and kid friendly drinks and snacks.

Please do tell us if you're usceptible to seasickness so we can avoid situations that are more likely to trigger it. You are welcome to bring anti-nausea medicatiion, but we suggest that you hold off taking it to see if really neet it, so you aren't unnecessarily drowsy for your whole Boat Tour & Trip! If the Boat Tour & Trip has to be canceled due to seasickness, please be aware that we do not give a waiver and the full price must be paid.

While there is no obligation to tip, monetary appreciation of our service is greatly appreciated. Especially if you feel that our guides have gone above and beyond in providing you with a great experience.
